Care gaps come from fixed clinical rules applied to the recorded data. They support clinical judgment; the clinician decides.
iPrescriber · Lab & Imaging
Search the drug, see allergy and interaction alerts drawn from the patient's own record, write the Sig and pick the pharmacy. Lab and imaging orders come from a catalog, with priority and clinical indication, and results come back with their reference ranges and flags.
iBiller · QuikClaims
With charge capture on, signing an encounter drafts the claim from the visit's procedures and diagnoses in the same moment. Scrub it on the Scrub Station, send it through QuikClaims, watch the verdict come back, post the remittance and bill the patient for their share.
A visit with no charges raises a task instead of a silent gap.
Patient Portal
Upcoming appointments, active medications, lab results with their ranges, documents released to them, messages with the care team — and their statement, payable online once the practice connects its payment account.
Patient access is enrolled and reset by the practice, and every enrollment is audited.

How it's built
Every change is written to a tamper-evident audit trail — who changed which field, when, and what it said before and after. Signed encounters lock under the signer's name and time.
Care gaps and alerts come from fixed rules applied to the patient's recorded data, and they say so on screen. Software can flag and suggest; it never signs, prescribes or decides.
Everything is scoped to the practice that owns it. Sign in with Microsoft, a passkey, or a username with a second factor; sessions and roles decide what each person can see.
